Both. We work one-on-one with leaders through the Expansion Intensive, and we partner with founders, executive teams, and organizations through Strategic Advisory and the Expansion Accelerator™. The method is the same, what changes is how we apply it.
The Expansion Diagnostic™ is a single 3-hour deep dive – it's the fastest way to get clarity on what's holding you back and what to do about it. The Expansion Intensive is the full 12-session engagement where we do the work together. A lot of people start with the Diagnostic and move into the Intensive from there.
We'll review your responses personally and reach out to schedule a conversation. That call is where we figure out together whether this is the right fit – and if it's not, we'll tell you that honestly and point you somewhere better if we can.
